Mana Education is currently recruiting Teaching Assistants (TAs) and SEN Teaching Assistants for both supply and permanent roles in primary schools across Spalding and surrounding villages.

Whether you're an experienced classroom assistant or starting your career in education, we offer flexible opportunities to suit your schedule — and can also support your move into a permanent school role if that’s your goal.

🧩 What You'll Do:

• Support children in EYFS, KS1 or KS2 with their learning and development

• Assist class teachers with lessons, activities and behaviour management

• Provide 1:1 or small group support, particularly for pupils with SEND

• Foster a safe, inclusive and engaging classroom environment

• Contribute to pupils' confidence, progress and well-being

✅ We’re Looking for People Who Have:

• Experience working with children in schools, nurseries, or youth settings

• SEN experience (desirable for SEN TA roles)

• A relevant TA qualification (e.g. Level 2 or 3), or hands-on classroom experience

• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

• Patience, adaptability and a team-focused mindset
