Our Recruitment Process

We try to keep our service as simple for our clients as possible… let us do the leg work!

  1. Call us to let us know what you need help with.
  2. We will source, interview, vet and clear the right person from there - we take pride in our strict recruitment process as a means of ensuring that we only provide our clients with the very best candidates.  
  3. We book our Teacher for you on Supply or arrange an interview for a long term/permanent placement.
  4. We send you our vetting information (everything you need for OFSTED and more - we can provide you with references, CV's, DBS checks, our very own interview notes, ID, documentation, qualifications & Police checks) 
  5. We offer fantastic long term supply rates and day-to-day supply.
  6. Our temp-to-perm option on permanent placements saves the majority of schools around £50/day for the first 15 weeks of employment. This could be saving you as much as £6,400 than employing them direct!

Your Consultant will always call you after the booking to make sure it has gone well and if you require further help. Getting constructive feedback helps us to provide a better service next time!
