You should know what an assignment involves and how you will be paid before accepting it. Your consultant will explain the rate, responsibilities and payment arrangements for each booking.
Pay varies according to the role, school, experience and responsibilities. Supply staff are paid weekly, a week in hand. For long-term teaching assignments, we aim to pay to scale from day one wherever possible.

A team that gets to know you
A suitable placement starts with a conversation. We want to understand the age groups you enjoy teaching, your subject strengths, the settings where you feel comfortable and how far you want to travel.
Whether you are an experienced teacher, an ECT, returning after a break or developing your career in school support, we will talk through the options relevant to you.
We welcome applicants with QTS, an equivalent recognised teaching qualification or relevant experience in UK schools. Requirements vary: some positions require QTS, while cover and support roles have different criteria.
Meet your education recruitment team and read feedback from teachers and schools.
