Our Fair and Flexible Fee Policy
We listen to our clients. There is a resounding requirement for agencies to adopt a fair fee policy. We are completely transparent with our clients and believe we have the fairest temporary and permanent fee structure in the market. Our standard terms have a sliding scale permanent fee, which reduces with the time the Teacher has been with you on a supply or trial basis. We can literally save you thousands of pounds on each placement.
