1. Register online

Start by sharing your contact details, experience and the type of work you are looking for. You don’t need to have a particular vacancy in mind — tell us what would suit you.

2. Chat with your consultant

Your consultant will contact you to discuss your experience, preferred roles, availability and travelling distance. We’ll also arrange a video call so we can get to know you, answer your questions and talk through the next steps.

This is your opportunity to tell us what matters to you, whether that’s working closer to home, choosing your working days or finding the right school for your next career move.

3. Complete your documents and checks

We’ll explain which compliance documents and information we need and guide you through providing them online.

Depending on your circumstances and the role, these may include:

• Your CV and employment history.
• Proof of identity and right to work.
• Relevant qualifications.
• DBS information and any additional checks required.
• Referee details so we can obtain the necessary references.

You don’t need to work it all out yourself. Your consultant and our compliance team will explain what is needed and help with any questions.

4. Get ready for suitable opportunities

Once your registration is complete and the required checks and references have been approved, you’ll be ready to be considered for suitable assignments.

We’ll discuss the school, role, working arrangements and pay before you accept a booking. The timing of your first placement will depend on suitable vacancies and your availability.
