The relationship built between a supply agency and a school can be the difference between repeat business and no further contact. In our Consultant's case, she is the first person I contact when we have a vacancy, either on a supply basis, or a permanent position we have been unable to fill. I recently relocated to Lincoln and required supply work in the area. Before learning about Mana Education, I registered with two larger supply agencies. For two months, I received minimal support and zero communication from either agencies. I felt incredibly disheartened at this point, having only recently competing my NQT year, I felt I had lost momentum. I cannot emphasise enough how much I am truly loving the supply teaching! I am grateful to you and your team for providing me with regular work! I love the supply teaching and the fact that I have the opportunity again to really care about student progress (something I have always been passionate about, but obviously did not have the opportunity to do in my last post.
