Compliance and safety
About: Charlene joined Mana Education in January 2016 and what an impact she has made ! As our Compliance Lead, it is Charlene's role to keep schools, teachers and Mana Education safe. With 10 years experience in this field Charlene is tenacious when it comes to getting things right. Charlene is not just about work, she also has a love of singing and is part of Rock Choir, this fits in well with her allotment where, come rain or shine, she is found singing and growing her own veggies.
Finding, screening and interviewing teachers
About: Luke is one of our talent managers, he finds teachers who are not happy where they are and registers them with Mana - the home of happy teachers. In his spare time Luke enjoys playing and watching sports and socializing with friends. Luke is also a budding thespian so keep a look out he may be performing at a theatre near you.
Administration, IT, Finance, Caretakers and Business Managers
About: Jemma Jones (who many of you will be familiar with) managed the teaching side of Mana Education for four years has recently returned to the business and is now working in our commercial department. Using her education background, Jemma is now offering schools recruitment help in permanent, temporary and contract non-teaching roles.
Primary - South Lincs, Peterborough
About: Emily comes from a background of organisation and logistics having previously worked in the events sector. This means that she brings to Mana all the skills needed to be a fantastic Consultant; she can multi-task and is never phased when her schools call with numerous bookings. Outside of work Emily is mum to Harrison, aged two and so is kept very busy being a mother and all-round entertainer!
Secondary - South Lincs, Peterborough
About: Michelle is an experienced recruiter with a wealth of knowledge that she can bring to schools, a solution driven professional Michelle is the perfect consultant to assist with teacher recruitment and all the challenges that go with this service.
Northamptonshire and Rutland
About: Andrea has a fantastic reputation running the Northamptonshire and Rutland secondary desk for Mana; the hard work and focus that she puts into her role has earned her the respect with both teachers and schools alike. She truly deserves a glass of wine at the end of the week!
About: Kelly has been in Education recruitment for 4 years and is the Senior Consultant for all Secondary schools in Leicestershire. She has a great all round knowledge of what a school is looking for with previous experience recruiting within the healthcare industry. Kelly can recruit for every aspect of school staffing. You really are in good hands with Kelly working in partnership with you.
Huntingdon and Cambridgeshire
About: Lucie is an experienced recruitment consultant candidate and client driven to ensure the perfect match, a keen footballer and all round sports person, Lucie is kept busy outside of work with her 3 boys.
Primary and Secondary
About: Alistair is Director and Co-owner of Mana Resourcing Ltd, the parent company of Mana Education. His time is spent predominantly with the Education team and looks after finance, marketing, IT and is often found scratching his head trying to find solutions to problems as they occur. He is married with three boys (young men as they like to be called) and two Bernese Mountain Dogs.

About: Calum is Director and Co-owner of Mana Resourcing Ltd alongside Alistair since they bought Mana Resourcing back in 2006. He looks after our payroll, runs his own recruitment desk and manages the Mana Resourcing team. Calum is married with a son and daughter and has still found time to take on a puppy! Having hands-on owners of the business gives us the flexibility to adapt to change quickly and efficiently.
