Mana Education is proud to be working in partnership with a specialist SEN education trust operating four dedicated school sites across Norfolk and Cambridgeshire.
These schools provide specialist education and therapeutic support for children and young people with additional needs who benefit from structured learning environments.
We are currently recruiting for a range of SEN education roles, including teachers and support staff who are passionate about helping pupils develop confidence, independence and life skills.

Across the four sites, staff support pupils with a variety of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
These include:
β ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder)
β ASC (Autism Spectrum Condition)
β SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs)
β Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN)
β Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD)

Relevant qualifications may include:
π Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent for teaching roles
π Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualifications
π CACHE Supporting Teaching and Learning certificates
π Level 3 Diploma in Specialist Support for Teaching and Learning in Schools
Additional training that can be beneficial:
β Team Teach or behaviour support training
β Makaton or PECS communication systems
β Autism awareness training
β Safeguarding training
