🌈 About the Role
As an SEN or SEMH Teacher, you’ll:

Teach and support pupils with diverse needs, including autism (ASD), ADHD, SEMH, and communication difficulties.

Create and deliver personalised, differentiated lessons designed around individual learning plans.

Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils, parents, and support staff.

Work collaboratively with SENCOs and external agencies to deliver the best possible outcomes.

Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.
🎓 About You
We’re seeking passionate individuals who have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or are an ECT with a passion for SEND teaching.

Previous experience teaching students with SEN, SEND, or SEMH needs.

Additional training such as Team Teach, PECS, Makaton, or Autism Awareness (advantageous).

Excellent communication and behaviour management skills.

A compassionate, calm, and resilient approach to supporting children with complex needs.
