🌈 About the Role

As an SEN or SEMH Teacher, you’ll:

  • Teach and support pupils with diverse needs, including autism (ASD), ADHD, SEMH, and communication difficulties.

  • Create and deliver personalised, differentiated lessons designed around individual learning plans.

  • Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils, parents, and support staff.

  • Work collaboratively with SENCOs and external agencies to deliver the best possible outcomes.

  • Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.


🎓 About You

We’re seeking passionate individuals who have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or are an ECT with a passion for SEND teaching.

  • Previous experience teaching students with SEN, SEND, or SEMH needs.

  • Additional training such as Team Teach, PECS, Makaton, or Autism Awareness (advantageous).

  • Excellent communication and behaviour management skills.

  • A compassionate, calm, and resilient approach to supporting children with complex needs.
