Are you a qualified Primary Teacher looking for flexible, local work in and around Boston, Lincolnshire?

Mana Education is supporting a number of local primary schools with short- and long-term teaching cover needs across EYFS, KS1, and KS2. We’re actively seeking adaptable, skilled and enthusiastic teachers to join our supply pool.

Whether you're an ECT looking to build experience or an experienced teacher wanting work-life balance, we’ll find opportunities that suit your needs — without the pressure of planning and marking.

📚 What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Delivering engaging pre-set lessons

  • Managing behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment

  • Supporting the learning and wellbeing of all pupils

  • Working flexibly across different schools and year groups (if desired)

  • Ensuring a smooth and consistent experience for children during staff absences

✅ Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Experience teaching EYFS, KS1 or KS2

  • Enhanced DBS (on the Update Service or willing to obtain)

  • Strong classroom presence and adaptability
