JOB TITLE: Part Time Recruitment Administrator
LOCATION: Rutland
SALARY: £16,000 - £18,000 pro-rata
HOURS: c24 hours per week (Hours are to be discussed, flexibility is essential)
CONTRACT TYPE: Part time

The COMPANY
Mana Education is looking for an experienced Administrator to join their ambitious, growing Education Recruitment organisation.

The ROLE
The successful candidate will be required to:
*Support one of our Education Consultants in all their professional duties.
*Write adverts and screen responses from teachers
*Arrange interviews with candidates both on and off site.
*Talk to Teachers on a regular basis.
*To conduct own interviews on behalf of the consultant. (Forms are provided to follow and guidance and training will be given).
*Liaise with Schools to confirm supply days.
*Ensure compliance adherence at all times with the administration team.

This is a varied role with plenty of scope to expand with the business.

The CANDIDATE
We are looking for a Recruitment Administrator with the following qualities and experience:
*Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
*It is beneficial, but not essential, that you have had exposure to a fast based sales environment such as recruitment.
*Suitable for someone who is looking to work flexible hours?
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels, both verbally and in writing.
*Excellent Interpersonal skills and great telephone manner.
*Ability to plan and prioritise work load.
*Professional, driven and determined.
