THE ROLE DESCRIPTION
Mana Education is working with a college in Leicestershire to help them find a Head of Welfare and Skills

This post is part of the Tier 3 management team and the successful candidate will possess the experience and leadership skills to support our students as they both transfer and remain at the College, ensuring their safety, retention and welfare, once enrolled.

You will have expertise and experience relevant to the field of student welfare support and guidance, including proven ability to impact positively on outcomes for students. The successful candidate will provide efficient, responsive and flexible leadership of the College's welfare and skills function in order to ensure the provision of the best possible experiences and outcomes for students, as well as fostering a culture of continuous improvement.





THE COLLEGE
