THE ROLE DESCRIPTION
Mana Education is working with a village primary school to help them find an enthusiastic and motivating KS1 TA. The primary school is located within a village south of Lincoln. This is a full time position to commence from September for the entire academic year. The ideal candidate will be an experienced classroom teaching assistant with a solid background in primary or secondary schools. The aim of the role is to assist the teacher with small groups of pupils to ensure that they are helped with any learning gaps.

THE SCHOOL
This village primary school has a warm and friendly atmosphere and holds high expectations of all of the students. There is a strong value of partnership between home and school which they believe is the key to a successful education.
