LOCATION: Rutland
SALARY: £18,000- £25,000 dependent on experience
HOURS: 40 hours per week 0800 - 1800 Flexible Monday - Friday (exc lunches)
CONTRACT TYPE: Full Time

The ROLE
*Clearing candidates post registration.
*Enforcing the compliance requirements of placing a candidate in to a school.
*Compiling compliance reports for discussion with managers.
*Compliance Pipeline Management: Ensuring that our Compliance Pipeline is managed effectively and efficiently.
*Weekly communication with Consultants to update and action plan their pipeline.
*Providing weekly and monthly reporting on Compliance activity and performance.
*Managing DBS applications and tracking: Developing Best Practice and implementing best practice across the business.
*Expiry Monitoring: Coordinating expiry monitoring activity for DBS, Visas, List 99 checks.
*Communication; ensure all staff are well supported and up to date with current legislation.
*Safeguarding Policies and Procedures: Responsible for developing and updating Company Policies and our Operating Procedures Manual.
*Keeping up to date with legislation changes and ensuring our client polices are robust and up to date.
*Chase assignment reports for Teachers with old or satisfactory references.
*Other administration duties as the business requires including but not limited to temp payroll, website enquires & office post.

The CANDIDATE
We are looking for an experienced administrator with the following qualities and experience:
*Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
*It is beneficial, but not essential, that you have had exposure to a fast sales based environment such as recruitment ideally within Education or Social Care sectors
*Suitable for someone who is able to work flexible hours when required?
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels, both verbally and in writing.
*Excellent Interpersonal skills and great telephone manner.
*Ability to plan and prioritise own work load.
*Professional, driven and determined.
