HOURS: 7.00am - 4.00pm and 9am - 3pm during school holidays.

We are looking for an experienced vibrant, energetic and enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant to look after an existing area of our education business due to growth, we will consider recruitment professionals looking to move into the Education Recruitment sector from another Recruitment Stream.

The ROLE
The successful Recruitment Consultant will be required to:
-Develop, run and grow an existing, and very well developed, education desk in a defined area.
-Maintaining the School and Teacher base within this area.
-Proactively call new schools to generate new business
-Build long lasting partnerships with schools and organisations
-Recruit and interview Teachers and develop relationships
-Complete and maintain day-to-day bookings
-Canvas and place long term and permanent vacancies
-Negotiate on fees
-Exceed targets
-Undertake effective client visits

The CANDIDATE
We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant with the following qualities and experience:
-Ideally you will have proven recruitment experience within education or another industry.
-A superb relationship builder.
-Strong success of achieving targets.
-Hands on approach and a forward thinker.
-Used to high call volumes.
-Ability to multitask.
-The ability to build rapport instantly.
-Cold calling experience.
-Professional, driven and determined.
-Serious about becoming a successful Consultant - we are looking for people with a real passion for achievement.
-Sense of humour, lots of energy and determination.
-Driving licence essential.
