Do you have teaching assistant experience working in mainstream schools? We are working with a Peterborough school who need teaching assistants to work alongside the teachers to support pupils to catch up, or to work in small groups.
We are looking for individuals who have good experience in a school as this can be quite a demanding role, you need to be confident taking small groups of children and working as directed by the classroom teacher, this is a real team work role, we have lots of opportunities and this role is one of many that we have.
Teaching assistants are an integral part of any school and therefore need to have drive and commitment. This is a highly rewarding role in a school that we have worked with and have had really great feedback about
