Do you have teaching assistant experience working in mainstream schools? We are working with a Peterborough school who need teaching assistants to work alongside their teachers to support pupils to catch up, or to work in small groups.
We are looking for individuals who have good experience in a school as this can be quite a demanding role.
Teaching assistants are an integral part of any school and therefore need to have drive and commitment. This is a highly rewarding role in a school that we have worked with and have had really great feedback about
The skills required are very much about creativity and flexibility as no day is the same.
