You will need to have:
*Either a P.G.C.E, Bachelor of Education or a BA with QTS (NQTs and Overseas Trained Teachers welcome)
*Ability to engage and excite pupils to encourage effective learning
*Experience of working with EAL children
*Experience of delivering Key Stage 1 classes
