JOB SUMMARY:
Mana Education is recruiting a Year 1 Teacher on behalf of a successful primary school in Peterborough. We are looking for an innovative Teacher who is able to start after Easter 2015 on a full time basis and continue until at least the end of Summer term.

THE SCHOOL:
The primary school is a growing, average-sized primary school located on the outskirts of Peterborough. They achieved a rating of Good in their last Ofsted inspection, with inspectors commenting on the quality of the teaching and the consistent progress of their pupils.

Purpose of the Job:
To deliver high standards of teaching and learning, contributing to the schools already Good judgements on their journey from good to great.

*Can demonstrate excellent standards of teaching and classroom practice
*Is committed to developing the whole child whilst ensuring each and every child achieves their full potential
*Has the ability to contribute to the development of a clear strategy and vision for raising pupil achievement and the continuous improvement within their team
*Has experience and sound knowledge of the KS1 curriculum
*Has excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
