We are looking for Teachers/Tutors who would be happy to deliver Maths and English on a One to one basis to GCSE students in and around Lincolnshire. In the following areas:

Grimsby
Kirton Lindsey
Lincoln
Long Sutton
North Somercotes
Sleaford
Spilsby


We are seeking individuals who are passionate about teaching and coaching, with great interpersonal skills and creative ideas. Our goals are to build confidence and wellbeing through education support, to help students achieve their goals and make their progress enjoyable.
Tutors will visit students' homes to provide one-to-one tutoring, or they may be asked to work with students in their school.
Ideally you will be:
*Dependable, reliable and organised.
*Excellent interpersonal and rapport building skills
*Open to new ideas and learning strategies
*Able to analyse students' progress
*Flexible attitude
The tuition may take place in school time or after school - but obviously this is likely to be more suitable for Teacher/Tutors who are ideally looking for part time or fewer hours. However as we have quite a number of students requiring tuition across Lincolnshire it will be down to the individual if they wanted to take on a couple of student and plan in having a couple of sessions a day.
