The ideal applicant will have experience of working with children within KS1/KS2, and be willing to work as members of an enthusiastic and forward thinking team to ensure learners of all abilities achieve their very best. They should have a good understanding of how children can learn and develop and be able to work confidently with them and with other teachers.
Candidates must be able to use their own initiative and be able to communicate confidently and effectively with children, staff and parents. All candidates must have the ability to work within and apply all school policies and it would be advantageous to have knowledge of SEN code of Practice.
This is an excellent opportunity for Teaching Assistants to further their experience and contribute to the positive achievement of our children.
This is a Part time post working:
Monday - Wednesday 9 - 12
Thursday -Friday 9 - 3.30

To be considered for this Teaching Assistant post you will:
*Hold Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
*Have an ability to work as part of a team coordinating the care of a pupil (including class teacher, parents and outside agencies
*Have the ability to implement and contribute to IEPs
