Team Teach Classroom Assistant
LOCATION: Rutland
SALARY: Competitive

THE ROLE DESCRIPTION
Mana Education are working with an establishment requiring a Teaching Assistant to work with students on a 1-2-1 basis. The school are looking for someone with a background in special education needs with pupils between the age of 8-16. the role is to begin working as soon as possible on a full-time basis. The contract is a long term one, however there will be a view to make the contract a permanent one following an application and if successful following the normal school recruitment procedure.
THE CANDIDATE
Ideally, the school would like a teaching assistant with a considerable amount of experience working directly with Special Educational Needs students as well as holding an NVQ level 3 qualification or equivalent in Supporting Teaching and Learning in schools. The ideal Teaching Assistant will have carried out their experience in UK Schools too.
