Mana Education is actively seeking Supply Teachers, Cover Supervisors, Teaching Assistants, and SEN Support Staff to work in a variety of local primary and secondary schools across the South Holland district.
✅ We're Recruiting For:
Qualified Teachers (QTS or equivalent recognised in the UK)
Early Career Teachers (ECTs)
Cover Supervisors, Teaching Assistants, and HLTAs
EYFS, KS1, KS2 and subject-specialist Secondary teachers
SEN Support Workers and 1:1 Support Assistants
💼 Opportunities Available:
Ad hoc daily cover across all key stages
Primary teaching roles - EYFS, KS1 & KS2
Secondary teaching in core and foundation subjects
Longer-term positions and permanent potential
SEN classroom support and tailored intervention roles
🎯 What You'll Need:
UK QTS (or equivalent qualification/experience) for teaching roles
Classroom experience in UK schools (desirable but not essential)
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
Strong communication and behaviour management skills
