💰 Salary: L8 £25,992 pro rata

Are you a passionate and experienced Early Years professional looking to take the next step in your career? We're recruiting on behalf of an excellent academy for a dedicated Pre-School Lead Practitioner to lead their well-established and nurturing early years setting.

What you'll be doing:
- Leading a team to deliver a vibrant, purposeful and engaging early years provision.
- Planning and overseeing high-quality learning experiences tailored to 3-4-year-olds.
- Fostering a safe, inclusive environment that promotes well-being and supports academic foundations.
- Supporting and guiding staff, collaborating with parents and carers, and working closely with the wider school team.
- Ensuring safeguarding and assessment practices are consistently high quality.

What we're looking for:
- Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or above)
- Experience working with 3-4-year-olds in a school or early years setting
- A strong understanding of early years milestones and child development
- A nurturing, proactive, and confident leader with strong communication skills
- Passion for inclusive, child-centred learning
