We are currently recruiting for a Science Teacher to join a welcoming and Ofsted-rated 'Good' secondary school in Spalding. Whether your specialism is Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or Combined Science, this school offers a supportive environment and high-quality teaching facilities to help you deliver your best in the classroom.

👨‍🏫 Role Overview
- You will be teaching Key Stage 3 and 4 Science, with full teaching responsibilities, including:
- Planning and delivering engaging science lessons
- Assessing and tracking student progress
- Creating an inclusive and encouraging learning environment
- Contributing to a collaborative and committed department

✅ What We're Looking For
- UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant UK classroom teaching experience
- Strong subject knowledge in Science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics or Combined)
- Ability to adapt teaching to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to teaching
