Job Type: Full-Time | Part-Time | Flexible Ongoing Supply
Salary: £90-£120 per day (depending on experience and assignment)

Are you a passionate SEN Teaching Assistant or SEND Support Assistant looking for rewarding work in Northamptonshire schools? Do you have experience supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN), Specific Learning Difficulties (SpLD), Autism (ASC), ADHD, or SEMH needs?

Mana Education is recruiting dedicated Special Needs Teaching Assistants for flexible, ongoing roles in primary, secondary, and specialist SEN schools across the Northamptonshire region.

✅ Your Role as an SEN Teaching Assistant:
As an SEN TA, you will play a crucial role in supporting children and young people with a wide range of additional needs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing 1:1 support and small group interventions for students with SEN and SpLD
- Assisting the class teacher with behaviour management and differentiated learning
- Delivering targeted support to pupils with Autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and related needs
- Promoting a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
- Helping students develop confidence, independence, and a love of learning

🔍 What We're Looking For:
We welcome applications from enthusiastic individuals with:
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, SEN TA, SEND Support Worker, or Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
- Knowledge or experience working with ASC, ADHD, SpLD, SEMH, or other learning needs
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and a calm, patient manner
- A genuine passion for making a difference in children's lives
