Are you an experienced MFL teacher ready to lead and inspire? We are recruiting on behalf of a successful and well-respected school in a scenic rural setting north of Northampton. The school is known for its strong language faculty, commitment to excellence, and supportive leadership team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Spanish specialist to lead the department and help shape the future of modern languages in the school.

🔍 What You'll Be Doing:

Lead the Spanish department across KS3 and KS4

Deliver high-quality, engaging Spanish lessons

Support and mentor MFL staff in teaching and curriculum planning

Monitor and enhance student progress and achievement in Spanish

Develop innovative strategies to promote a love of languages in the school

Work closely with senior leadership and contribute to whole-school improvement

✅ What We're Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant UK teaching experience

Proven track record of teaching Spanish to KS4 with excellent outcomes

Experience in leading or contributing to departmental development

Strong organisational, communication and leadership skills

Proficient in using ICT to support and enhance learning

A collaborative, enthusiastic and strategic thinker
