🔍 What You'll Be Doing:

Deliver well-structured and inspiring English lessons across KS3 to KS5

Foster a love of reading, literature, language and analytical thinking

Support students of all abilities with clear differentiation and high expectations

Work closely with a supportive and collaborative English department

Contribute to a rich extra-curricular offering, including enrichment in reading and writing

✅ What We're Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant UK teaching qualification

Strong subject knowledge of English Language and Literature

High standards of literacy, classroom management and student engagement

Confidence using ICT to support teaching and learning

A flexible, positive attitude and a commitment to ongoing professional development
