Key Responsibilities
As the MFL (Spanish & French) Teacher, you will:

Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in Spanish and French to KS3 and KS4 students.

Assess, track and report on pupil progress, tailoring learning to suit varied ability levels.

Inspire a love of languages and promote cultural understanding in the classroom.

Support whole-school initiatives and actively contribute to staff meetings and CPD activities.

Create a positive and inclusive learning environment in line with the school's ethos and behaviour policies.

Work collaboratively with the MFL department and wider school community to ensure best teaching practices are shared and applied.

Requirements
We are looking for a motivated and inspiring MFL teacher who:

Holds UK QTS or has substantial teaching experience in UK secondary schools.

Has experience teaching both Spanish and French at KS3 and KS4 levels.

Possesses excellent classroom management and communication skills.

Demonstrates high standards of literacy and strong ICT capability.

Is proactive, reflective, and passionate about language learning.

Works effectively as part of a team and shows flexibility and adaptability in approach.
