Are you a passionate and dedicated SENDCO Teacher ready to make a meaningful impact in a primary setting? 🌟👩‍🏫🧒

Mana Education is working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Corby, seeking a qualified SENDCO or experienced SEN Teacher to join them on a supply basis. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, excellent SEN knowledge, and a genuine passion for supporting pupils with additional needs.

🏫 About the Role:
As the school's SENDCO on supply, you'll take the lead on all aspects of SEND provision. You will work closely with SLT, class teachers, support staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure every child receives tailored, high-quality support that meets their individual needs.

💼 Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the SEND provision across the school

Coordinate with external professionals and maintain EHCP processes

Provide guidance and CPD to staff on inclusive teaching strategies

Lead interventions and assessments for children with additional needs

Maintain detailed and up-to-date SEND records and reports

✅ What We're Looking For:
QTS and either National Award for SEND Coordination (NASENCO) or equivalent experience in a SEND leadership role

In-depth knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice

Experience working in a primary school setting

Strong interpersonal and organisational skills

A compassionate, collaborative, and proactive approach
