Recruitment Consultant - Education
Location: Office near Uppingham (3 days a week) and Home (2 days a week), covering Peterborough and South Lincolnshire
Salary: Β£25,000 - Β£27,000 base (uncapped commission - OTE Β£40K)
Hours: 7am - 4pm during term time; 9am - 3pm in school holidays

We are seeking an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to manage and grow an existing education desk. You'll be working with schools and educators in the Peterborough and South Lincolnshire area, ensuring a seamless supply of teachers and support staff.
The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and expanding an established secondary education desk.
- Building and maintaining relationships with schools and teaching/support staff.
- Proactively generating new business with schools through calls and visits.
- Conducting candidate interviews and ensuring a strong pipeline of teaching talent.
- Managing daily bookings and placements, including long-term and permanent roles.
- Negotiating fees and contracts with schools.
- Delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates.
The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience in recruitment or sales (telesales, field sales, or B2B preferred).
- Thrives in a competitive environment and isn't afraid of high call volumes.
- Is a superb relationship builder with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Has a hands-on, proactive approach and excels at multitasking.
- Is professional, determined, and highly driven to succeed.
- Holds a valid driving licence.
