SALARY: HLTA £90-110 per day (day to day) depending experience

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Teaching Assistant Duties as detailed below, and ability to cover classes, plan and teach your own lessons.
- To assess the needs of pupils and use detailed knowledge and specialist skills to support pupils' learning.
- Within an agreed system of supervision, plan and deliver challenging teaching and learning objectives and evaluate and adjust lessons/work plans as appropriate.
- To provide feedback to pupils and colleagues in relation to progress and achievement.
- To encourage pupils to interact with others and engage in activities led by the teacher.
