Job Title: Year 4 Class Teacher with Team Leadership

Contract: Full time, up to 3 terms

Mana Education are seeking to appoint an experienced teacher to cover a maternity vacancy in a Year 4 class. The role will start on 22nd April 2014 and will run for up to 3 terms. The successful candidate will also have team leadership responsibility.

The school was rated "Good" by Ofsted in 2009 and has consistently maintained those standards in their most recent interim report last year. It is a two form entry school with just over 400 pupils on roll, set in a village location close to Peterborough. There are above average numbers of pupils with Special Educational Needs and/or disabilities and they have a relatively low number of pupils who speak English as an additional language.

The school holds Investors in People accreditation and offers great support for professional development as well as children who are happy, well-motivated and enjoy school.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE or similar qualifications, Teaching Experience in the UK of at least 6 months. Experience and Newly Qualified.
