Recruiter - Resourcer
Due to Expansion we are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team resourcing and recruiting school support and teaching staff. This is ideal for someone looking to work in recruitment but not wanting sales. As training will be provided, recruitment experience is not essential, however a full clean driving license is essential as there are periods where you will need to meet teachers away from the office, it is also a customer contact role so an people skills and a high level of verbal and written communication is essential.
Main tasks and responsibilities
1.Ensure that all standards of recruitment and attraction meet the REC standards
2.To ensure jobs boards are checked on a daily basis
3.Contacting candidates from watchdogs
4.Telephone screening of candidates to ensure capability and skill set
5.Meeting and interviewing teachers and school support staff to obtain documentation and satisfy appropriate skills
6.Continuous recruitment activity to meet consultant and school requirements
7.Diary and system management
8.Uploading and processing data to our central system
9.File checking and screening
10.General administrative duties
The resource team member will report directly to our Education Manager
