💼 What Does a Cover Supervisor Do?
As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring continuity in students' education when teachers are absent. You’ll manage the classroom, follow pre-set lesson plans, and maintain behaviour standards – without the pressure of marking or planning.
