We are recruiting Cover Supervisors to work across a range of secondary schools in Kettering, Corby, Wellingborough, Northampton and surrounding areas.

Deliver pre-set lessons in the absence of the class teacher
Manage classroom behaviour and keep students on task
Support students with their learning where needed
Work across a variety of subjects (no planning required)
Gain experience in different school environments

Relevant UK classroom experience or experience working with young people
Confident managing groups of students
Strong communication and organisational skills
A flexible, proactive and professional approach
