• speak to you confidentially on the phone to ascertain exactly what you are looking for
• only if we can help you, they will organise a convenient time to meet you and discuss your experience and needs in more detail
• if you are happy, you can then go through our efficient registration process
• only with your permission, your consultant will start discussing you with their schools
• every step of the way, you will be kept informed and advised about the next steps
