Salary: Competitive daily rates based on role and experience (rates below are based on 2024/25 pay scales):
- Unqualified Teachers: £110-173 per day
- MPS Teachers: £162-223 per day
- UPS Teachers: £234-251 per day
- Cover Supervisors (Day-to-Day): £90-120 per day
- Supply Teachers (Day-to-Day): £110-170 per day (long terms we try to negotiate to scale with the school)
- Teaching Assistants (TAs) (Day-to-Day): £80-85 per day
- SEN Teaching Assistants (SEN TAs): £85-95 per day
- Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs): £90-110 per day

Main Job Responsibilities of Different Teaching and Support Roles
Teaching Positions (Qualified or Unqualified):
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the curriculum.
- Assess and support students' progress through marking and feedback.
Cover Supervisors:
- Supervise classes with prepared lessons in the absence of a teacher.
Teaching Assistants (TA):
- Support teachers in classroom activities, helping prepare materials and assist students.
SEN Teaching Assistants:
- Provide dedicated support to students with special educational needs.
Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTA):
- Lead classes and deliver lessons independently as needed.
