Maths Teacher required for Northamptonshire
Age Group: Mainstream 11 - 18 (mixed)

Mana Education is looking to recruit a Maths Teacher for a Secondary Academy in Northamptonshire to start in January 2016. They are looking for a specialist with a good grasp of the National Curriculum to teach KS3 & KS4, experience of teaching KS5 would be beneficial but not essential. This is a contract role but may lead to a permanent opportunity.
This is to work in a forward thinking academy, with a strong senior leadership team. The focus is on improving standards of achievement, widening and raising student aspirations and upholding traditional values.
KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING RELEVANT TO THE JOB
*Good understanding of current best practice in teaching and learning.
*Thorough knowledge of the National Curriculum
*Good subject knowledge
*Passionate about your subject and keen to pass this enthusiasm on to your students.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE or similar qualifications, Teaching Experience in the UK of at least 6 months. Experience and Newly Qualified.
