THE ROLE DESCRIPTION
Mana Education is working with a progressive school in the outskirts of Leicester to help them find a dedicated and experienced Senior Assistant Principle. The school is looking for a Senior Assistant Principle to join them from Easter 2021. This is a permanent position.
The ideal candidate will hold a headship qualification and have experience working in a senior position within a school, furthermore the right candidate will have experience working with a team of staff.
THE SCHOOL
The school caters for pupils with emotional and behavioural difficulties and so require a deputy head with a professional but dedicated approach. The school pride themselves on establishing positive educational relationships with their students and staff a like and therefore offer a consistent level of support to both its pupils and members of staff.
