Mana Education are working with a company in Leicestershire who require experienced functional skills tutors/instructors to work with young people. The duration and type of contract will vary for each and every post. The role itself is to provide agreed delivery of functional skill up to level 2 and GCSE. Along with appropriate learning activities observing pupils and feeding back on their performance, you will also need to interact with the children and build positive relationships with them to ensure that they are productive. Planning and preparation of all sessions is required and you must have a suitable recognised teaching qualification such as PTLLS/DTLLS or equivalent.

for this particular school you will also need experience working with young people with autism and working with ASD.
