JOB TITLE: Senior Marketing Officer
LOCATION: Colchester
SALARY: £32,000 - £37,000 (depending on experience)
CONTRACT TYPE: Permanent

The ROLE
The successful Marketing Manager will be required to:
*You will be part of the Senior Management Team.
*Contribute to strategic decisions and the delivery of services.
*Be responsible for guiding the strategies that underpin our marketing activity across a breadth of channels.
*Take the lead internally and with external stakeholders.
*Be responsible for strategy, planning, copywriting, scheduling, and day-to-day management across all client accounts.
*You will have a good level of creative freedom, room for professional growth, and a pleasant working environment with a collaborative and supportive team.

The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for a strong marketing candidate with the following experience:
*Experience with B2B and B2C marketing.
*Experienced in working with multiple stakeholders in large organisation.
*Exceptional copywriting and editing skills - you should have experience writing compelling, short-form content for social media and other digital channels, including web and email.
*Adaptable and flexible - you should be able to tailor your writing and ideas to each client, across a variety of sectors.
*Experienced in developing creative/original marketing campaigns from scratch.
*Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills.
