Mana Education are a successful local education recruitment agency that provide Teachers to local Schools. We are looking for an administrator who will be responsible for looking after, maintaining and managing Mana Education's pipeline of incoming candidates as well as enforcing and maintaining the compliance requirements that we follow.

The ideal administrator will be speaking to, organising and vetting Mana education's pipeline of candidates in order to make sure that they pass the necessary checks required for Mana to legally and safely place a candidate into a School environment.

Some of the extra responsibilities included with this position follow:

* Clearing candidates post registration / ensuring all necessary checks are done
* Ensuring that Mana Education has a consistent flow of available candidates
* Sending and monitoring candidate training courses
* Managing, tracking and sending DBS applications
* Coordinating expiry monitoring activity for DBS, Visas, List 99 checks and dormant candidates.
* Applying for, managing and chasing candidate references
* Dealing with compliance based candidate questions
* Contacting and chasing candidates, website enquires & office post.
