Mana Education are working with secondary schools in Northampton to help find them a really good classroom support, the role is to work in their classrooms to assist pupils to realise their full potential.

You do not need to be a qualified teacher but you do need to be resilient and able to work with pupils. Therefore you need to evidence that you have experience working with young people either in a school or coaching setting.

The duration and type of contract will vary for each and every post, if you are looking to get into teaching and want a taste of school work this would be ideal

The role is part time or full time and would suit someone looking for flexibility, the schools we work with are really supportive and although the work can be challenging it can also be fun.
