Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm with 1 hour unpaid lunch break. The successful candidate will also be required to attend a weekly workshop at Rutland Adult Learning in Ashwell, Oakham.

Mana Education is a specialist supply teaching agency based in Rutland, covering the East Midlands.
We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic personal assistant to undertake administrative, resource and compliance based duties within our education department. This is an entry level role, ideal for someone looking to gain experience working in recruitment, compliance and/or resourcing. As training will be provided, recruitment experience is not essential.

CV Sourcing
Contacting and booking in candidates for interviews
Diary management
Telephone Duties
Uploading and processing data to our central system
File checking
General administrative duties
Reporting Line
The resource and compliance personal assistant will report directly to our head of compliance and finance as well as our head of recruitment.
Requirements and prospects
Desired skills
The ideal candidate will possess fantastic interpersonal and telephone communication skills as well as organisational skills
As the role will be heavily IT based, the ideal candidate must be IT competent and proficient using Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
Personal qualities
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, confident and not be scared to share their ideas
They will need to be bright, diligent and confidence speaking to members of the public and be able to use their own initiative
The role will consist of a variety of differing responsibilities so the ability to be versatile is also essential
Desired qualifications
GCSE maths and English at grade C/4 and above (or equivalent)
Future prospects
Mana Education is a small company currently with 12 employees. We are a close knit company who wants everyone to thrive so full support is always available
The successful candidate could be offered a permanent position within our organisation working within our compliance and resourcing team
They can work towards being a Talent Manager or Compliance Manager
Things to consider
Due to the location of the position and very limited public transport links to the area, the candidate will need to consider how they will travel to the office each day.
