About the Role

We are recruiting an enthusiastic and reflective Teacher of English to join a new and growing school. You will play a central role in delivering a high-quality, knowledge-rich English curriculum, helping students build strong literacy, analytical and communicative skills. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the English provision from its foundation phase.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons that promote reading, writing and critical thinking.
- Contribute to the development of a cohesive and ambitious English curriculum.
- Support pupils to build vocabulary, comprehension and literary appreciation.
- Use assessment to inform teaching and support learner progress.
- Participate in enrichment activities such as debate clubs, competitions and theatre visits.

Requirements
- Qualified teacher with strong subject knowledge in English language and literature.
- Ability to teach effectively and adapt to student needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to student progress and collaborative school culture.
