JOB SUMMARY:
A successful and popular academy based in Northamptonshire is looking for a Humanities Teacher to join them in September 2015. This would be a temporary contract to begin with, but for the right candidate a permanent, full-time position may be available. It is to teach Geography, History and RS to students in Key Stages 3 and 4, Key Stage 5 would be a distinct advantage.
The Academy is looking for an experienced teacher with extensive knowledge of the UK National Curriculum. They are looking to interview immediately.

The successful candidate will:
- Be experienced in teaching humanities
- Experience of Teaching Geography to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
- Work as a member of the team to develop the teaching and learning of each student

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: Applications are welcome from teachers at any stage in their career including NQT's and both British trained Humanities teachers and overseas trained teachers will be considered for this position. All applicants should have UK QTS or an overseas formal secondary school teaching qualification.

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE or similar qualifications, Teaching Experience in the UK of at least 6 months. Experience and Newly Qualified.
