Head of English SEN
THE ROLE DESCRIPTION
Mana Education is working with a school in Leicestershire to help them find a superb Head of English. This is a full time, permanent position to commence from September 2019. The ideal candidate will be an inspiring and strong classroom practitioner who has a solid experience delivering the English National Curriculum and hold QTS, you will need experience in SEN and strong classroom management. The class sizes are very small and the emphasis is on pupil engagement.
The school offer the chance to teach in an environment where the emphasis is on excellent classroom practice with groups of up to 6 pupils and relationships are the key to success. Therefore we need hardworking, child centred staff who are resilient and willing to go the extra mile. Previous leadership experience is an advantage but not essential
