Mana Education is working with a school in Kettering to help them find a Science Teacher. The School are ideally looking for someone that has experience of teaching Science to GCSE and are happy to consider both full and part-time applicants.
Science is taught using a wide variety of methods and resources in order to inspire students and secure better learning. The school has a successful department which boasts good results at GCSE and A level.

Duties include,
*To play a significant role in the quality of provision for teaching and learning
*To develop Raising Achievement Plans
*To work alongside Faculty staff to support individuals transition from "needs improvement" to "good" or from "good" to "outstanding" - as directed by Head of faculty.
*Support QA protocols via review of schemes of work/book scrutiny to identify areas of development.
*Participate in learning walks across the faculty

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE or similar qualifications, Teaching Experience in the UK of at least 6 months. Experience and Newly Qualified.
