About the Role:
Our client is a well-regarded, mixed, non-selective academy for students aged 11-18. Located on the outskirts of Corby, the academy is dedicated to delivering exceptional education while fostering a culture of respect, resilience, and ambition. As a Teacher of English, you'll be responsible for inspiring and challenging students across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping them develop strong academic foundations and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
-Plan and deliver engaging English lessons tailored to a range of ability levels.
-Contribute to a collaborative and proactive school community.
-Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of individual learners.
-What We're Looking For:
-Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK is preferred, but non-qualified teachers with relevant experience will be considered.
-Proven ability to teach varied ability levels.
-Strong literacy and excellent ICT skills.
-A proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented approach.
